Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
Job Description: As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the work performed on their vehicles. Your duties will include greeting and communicating with customers, sharing product knowledge, providing service quotes, scheduling appointments, and recommending tire and mechanical services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of commercial heavy duty mechanical and tire service
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
