Job Title: Director of Operations and Supply Chain

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Operations and Supply Chain to spearhead the comprehensive operations of our wholesale B2B fashion business. This senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing ERP systems, IT infrastructure, warehouse operations, credit management, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain logistics, and a commitment to optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall operations and supply chain strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team across ERP, IT, warehouse, credit, and sales departments.
  • ERP and IT Management:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely data flow across the organization.
    • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Credit Management:
    • Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures to manage customer credit risk effectively.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and work closely with the finance team to minimize overdue payments and bad debts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, financial performance, and project progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; SAP, Oracle) and IT infrastructure management.
  • Proven track record in managing warehouse operations, logistics, credit management, and sales coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in operations and supply chain management.
