At PVH Corp., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

  • Lead the effort to create a customer-centric environment, ensuring every customer interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, driving top-line growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is merchandised to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail store management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred; high school diploma/equivalent required.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; some travel may be requested.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
