Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at Western Forest Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Other trades certificate or diploma in electrical trades.
  • Experience in industrial electrical work is an asset.
  • Industrial Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
