Job Title: Registered Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Mariposa Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, examining patients, making decisions on tests and procedures, planning physiotherapy programs, and selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Examine patients to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for rehabilitation
  • Make decisions on tests and procedures to diagnose and treat patients
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to improve patients' physical function and mobility
  • Select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to achieve treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the relevant provincial or territorial authority
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
  • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in neurology, sports therapy, or orthopedics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
