Business Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled Business Solution Architect to join our team in North America. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences through solution-centric selling and product expertise.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with our international team, collaborating with partners and subject matter experts to develop and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • As a Business Solution Architect, your primary focus will be on using your technical knowledge and sales skills to provide advice, support, and functional insight into our Master Data Management (MDM) solution, STEP.
  • You will work within the Core Markets Sales Team to support the sales process by responding to RFPs, building and delivering functional solution presentations to diverse audiences, and sharing your knowledge to drive business growth and efficiency.

Our pre-sales teams support the sales and customer success teams in winning deals and guiding them through the pre-sales process. We are a strong team located across North America, with a strong team spirit that values collaboration and mutual support. As a member of our NA Pre-Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and industries, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for evangelizing MDM solutions to customers and prospects, leveraging your analytical skills and technical expertise to articulate the value proposition and address complex business challenges.
  • You will analyze current operations and business needs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement through effective data management.
  • You will win new business through value-added/solution-centric selling and signing of new logo license contracts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • You will develop, build, and deliver exceptional functional presentations, promoting Stibo's MDM offering at conferences and webinars, and supporting business partners to drive revenue growth.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about digital transformation and data management. If you have 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise-level software solutions, configuring, and delivering functional presentations, and possess a proven track record of success in the software industry, particularly in Master Data Management and/or Product Information Management, we want to hear from you.
