About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our employment agency team at COMPCARE INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with clients.
    • Conduct performance reviews and assessments to evaluate team members' progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand our services and revenue streams.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our market presence and competitiveness.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Client Services
    • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the employment agency industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 35-44 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
