Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Data Insights team, establishing the vision and strategic approach for leveraging data analytics to foster business enhancements.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to deliver actionable insights that inform organizational decision-making.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of a team of data analysts and scientists.
  • Drive the advancement of our Data Governance framework, ensuring effective data utilization, accuracy, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams and other departments to assess their data requirements and demonstrate the value of data insights.
  • Oversee a range of data-centric projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the expected quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and ethical standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in data analytics and technology, implementing innovative solutions to enhance our data capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a data leader with a proven track record of influencing organizational change.
  • Experience in implementing Data Governance frameworks is advantageous.
  • 5-7 years of experience in applying advanced analytics within a data-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, particularly in cloud environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of business drivers.
  • Experience handling large datasets from diverse sources.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools and advanced analytical software.
  • Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
  • A Master's degree in Advanced Data Analytics is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
