Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

Xpert Consultancy Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
