Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a General Manager, Trucking Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our trucking division, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of our trucking fleet, including route planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the trucking division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Human Resources: Lead and develop a high-performing team of drivers, dispatchers, and other support staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
