Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Trademark Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Work Scheduling and Organisation: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet operational deadlines.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organise, and oversee the operational logistics of the organisation, including the coordination of transportation and inventory management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, and able to work in a team environment.
