Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at WESTFORCE SECURITY SERVICES INC.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Train and develop security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Security Guard License.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
