Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including store policies and procedures.
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store security.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
