About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at KNAAR RESTAURANTS CORP. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Load and unload buspans and trays, and place dishes in storage areas.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and scour pots and pans.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
