Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security patrols to deter and detect potential security threats
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Monitor and control access to secure areas
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Valid Drivers License (G) for Ontario
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination)
  • Able to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
  • 6+ months Customer Service experience is mandatory
  • 1+ year security experience is mandatory
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare security, etc. is considered an asset
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Stay Safe
