At CSN Collision, we're seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, you'll play a vital role in ensuring vehicles are restored to their original state.

About the Role:

  • We're looking for a highly skilled technician with 3+ years of experience in auto body repair.
  • You'll be responsible for inspecting and repairing damaged vehicles, using your expertise to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Collaborate with our production manager to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect damage reports and estimates to plan work efficiently.
  2. Examine collision damage thoroughly, checking all exterior and interior components.
  3. Perform structural and complete body repairs, including welding and metalwork.
  4. Straighten bent frames and repair or replace damaged parts.
  5. Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes and seams.
  6. Restore vehicles to factory specifications, ensuring a flawless finish.
  7. Test drive vehicles to ensure proper handling and function.
  8. Read and understand estimates, as well as automotive repair procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Auto Body Collision and Damage Repairer license is an asset.
  • I-Car and OEM certifications are also beneficial.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must have own tools and safety footwear.
