• Provide comprehensive spiritual health and emotional support services to individuals, their families, and staff.
• Contribute to formal and informal consultation with staff and physicians on spiritual health matters.
• Liaise with spiritual, religious, and cultural groups in the community to facilitate provision of religious rites and services.
• Coordinate activities such as religious services, visits to patients, counseling, and support for families.
• Lead the recruitment, coordination, and supervision of spiritual health volunteers and visitors.
• Participate in the care delivery as a member of the inter-disciplinary team and document clinical assessments, interventions, and referrals.
