Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Hit & Run Collision Inc. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
  • Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using previously set-up welding machines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.
Work Environment

As a Welder at Hit & Run Collision Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
