Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at TRUCK & TRAILER DOCTORZ LTD. as a key member of our fabrication department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts and products using various techniques and equipment. This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using previously set-up welding machines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Flexibility, team player, and hardworking attitude.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet standards and specifications.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is physically demanding with repetitive tasks.
