About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled SEM Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' SEO and PPC strategies. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will work closely with the Agency Manager and other specialists to deliver exceptional results across marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage on-page SEO strategies for client websites using tools like Ahrefs.
- Execute and optimize multiple Google Ad campaigns and accounts simultaneously.
- Set up and maintain tracking mechanisms to measure and report on the performance of Google Ad campaigns.
- Advanced understanding of local search and Google Business Profile claiming and optimization.
- Serve as a client-facing expert, discussing SEO and PPC strategies in a clear and understandable way.
- Oversee a team of US and offshore staff with diverse skill sets, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Agency Manager and other digital marketing specialists to deliver accurate and timely reports.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console to enhance client campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to showcase results and provide recommendations to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and PPC management, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs.
- Advanced understanding of local search and Google Business Profile claiming and optimization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO and PPC strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Experience managing a team of diverse skill sets both in the US and offshore.
