About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at WE BRIDGE FREIGHTLINES. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balance of books, post journal entries, and produce financial statements.
  • Bookkeeping: Keep financial records up-to-date using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Requirements
  • A non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required.
  • At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
