Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
