Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
    • Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
    • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
