Job Title: Call Center Agent

This is a remote position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, identifying client needs, and converting leads to towing jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced operations environment.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Answer inbound calls, convert leads to towing jobs, and provide excellent customer service.
