Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quantitative investment strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Enhance quality assurance controls for the team's investment processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide analytical and portfolio management support to senior portfolio managers and colleagues in other functional areas.
  • Develop content suitable for client presentations, showcasing the team's expertise and investment strategies.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a STEM field.
  • Coding experience is a plus, but not required.
  • This is an entry-level position, with 1-4 years' working experience expected. Experience in financial markets is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to resolving issues step-by-step.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional conduct, consistently guided by integrity, partnership, and high performance.
  • Canadian work authorization is required.
