Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Bodycrafters Supplements & Clinic. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily pharmacy operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Business Development
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet that demand.
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including supplements and other products.
    • Implement price and credit policies, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with our business goals.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our business is financially stable.
    • Determine staffing requirements and ensure that we have the necessary staff to meet our business needs.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
    • Combine sitting, standing, and walking to perform job duties.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Be efficient, organized, and a team player.
    • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Be patient and able to multitask.
    Requirements
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 40 hours per week.
