About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Program Manager to join our Compliance Technology team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing applications for Capital Markets and Wealth Management Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.
  • Track progress against project milestones and hold others accountable for assigned tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison and build bridges among project teams within the program, translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
  • Plan and monitor program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
  • Manage all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within a set deadline.
  • Identify any barriers to successful program execution and escalate as appropriate.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in managing large-scale Enterprise Programs.
  • Strong financial acumen and performance monitoring.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to clearly present complex items in a digestible format, focusing the narrative for purpose and direction.
