Job Description

AAA Canada is seeking a skilled Methods Agent with experience in Electrical and Avionics components to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain work instructions for industrial product production, ensuring compliance with technical drawings.
  • Evaluate production costs and execution times for each task, optimizing implementation deadlines and production means.
  • Ensure adherence to instructions, technical answers, and procedures, and participate in the selection of manufacturing methods and improvement of production tools.
  • Provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a technical interface between Production and Engineering teams.
  • Continuously improve existing production processes, analyzing technical effects and participating in the execution of technical solutions.
  • Address modifications and changes requests to the Engineering team and conduct progress evaluations.
  • Inform supervisors of non-compliance or major issues.
Requirements
  • Technical Diploma of College Studies or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in the aeronautics field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems, Catia V5, and SAP.
  • Priority management, attention to detail, and ability to work under short deadlines.
  • Capacity to plan internal and external needs, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
  • In-depth experience of Electrical and Avionics components and harness integration.
