About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Testing Specialist to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using Java, Python, and other relevant technologies
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts to ensure software functionality and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets requirements and specifications
  • Identify and report defects and provide detailed bug reports to the engineering team
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve testing methodologies and tools
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing with a focus on software quality assurance
  • Experience with Java, Python, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
