Job Summary

LABHSHUBH FOOD CORP. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure that all food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
