We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our team at Centre de recherche de l'Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project focused on cornial neuroregeneration.

About the Project

The goal of this project is to better understand the mechanisms involved in corneal reinnervation following transplantation/nerve transposition, with the aim of optimizing rehabilitation for patients with keratopathie neurotrophique.

This study will be conducted in collaboration with clinicians, researchers, and hospital staff at Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont. The researcher will be involved in all phases of the study, including patient recruitment, laboratory exams, data collection, management, and analysis, literature review, and presentation of results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on cornial neuroregeneration
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Collaborate with clinicians and researchers
  • Present research findings

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (biological sciences, neurosciences, or related discipline)
  • Eligibility for the full-time M.Sc. or Ph.D. program at Université de Montréal
