Chef de Partie Job Description
At Hollyburn Country Club, we are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
- Estimate food and supply costs, and analyze operating expenses to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities, adhering to our high standards and quality controls.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end culinary environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
