  1. Estimate food and supply costs, and analyze operating expenses to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  2. Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities, adhering to our high standards and quality controls.
  4. Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end culinary environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
