Food Service Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Supervisor to join our team at Scratch Kitchen.
About the Role: As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation staff, training them in job duties and safety procedures, and ensuring quality food and service standards are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and methods to meet deadlines, ensuring seamless food service delivery and maintaining high productivity levels.
- Staff Supervision: Co-ordinate and supervise food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability within the kitchen.
- Quality Control: Maintain quality control standards for food and service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain exceptional standards.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A background in food service management or a related field is desirable, but not essential. Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
