We are a dynamic and student-owned painting business based in Bruce/Grey Counties.

We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as summer painters. The ideal candidate will be punctual, resilient, and an overachiever looking to learn new skills, step out of their comfort zone, and develop strong communication skills. No prior experience is necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive starting salary of $22 per hour, paid biweekly. Additionally, we provide a positive and supportive work environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about our services
  • Paint and stain clients' houses, decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces as needed
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in the field
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
