Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing and Pharmacy Services: Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, receiving prescription refill requests, and maintaining patient profiles.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, reconcile invoices, and maintain shrink logs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanning patient records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a Pharmacy Assistant program.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in current PC systems, MS Office programs, and pharmacy software (Kroll). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
