Bawa Property Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Plan and coordinate construction schedules, milestones, and progress monitoring
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a skilled and efficient team
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and control
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
