Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of contents recovery efforts, including cleaning, listing, moving, storing, and disposing of contents.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of contents, including inventory and condition reports.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective contents recovery processes.
  • Provide support to the operations manager in overseeing multiple teams and jobsites.
  • Participate in problem-solving and contribute to the development of solutions to improve contents recovery processes.

Requirements:

  • 21 years old with a valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License (no GDL) and a clean driving abstract.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction.
  • High level of care and attention to detail to ensure the utmost care of clients' possessions.
  • Related experience in content management or a similar field is an asset.
