As a Key Content Reimbursement Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Property Claims department in delivering exceptional customer experiences.



The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to investigate and research the pricing of contents. With strong communication skills, you'll collaborate with adjusters and customers to ensure timely and effective settlement of the content portion of the claims. Your proactive approach will enable you to record, monitor, and update the list of contents, while collecting information from adjusters and providing calculations for content reimbursement.



About the Role


  • Investigate and research the price of contents to support the claims department in helping our customers get back on their feet.
  • Collaborate with adjusters and customers on file management and settlement of the content portion of the claims in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide proactive communication with various stakeholders, including adjusters, customers, and colleagues.
  • Record, monitor, and update the list of contents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collect information from adjusters and provide calculations of content reimbursement to support the claims process.
  • Ask questions, be curious, and recommend ways to improve efficiencies in the content reimbursement process.

Requirements and Qualifications


  • Prior claims experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Prior experience using Exclaim software is an asset.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to self-development.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent investigation, and research abilities.
  • Forward thinker, adaptable, and agile in a rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work autonomously.
