Camp Manager
Purpose:
The Camp Manager represents Redrock Camps in the field, ensuring a seamless camp experience for all clients. This role is responsible for maintaining a smooth operation of camp life, fostering teamwork, and enforcing rules to enhance the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and systematize camp operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative environment among camp staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture.
- Provide regular updates to the Redrock Manager and submit weekly reports to head office, highlighting key operations and successes.
- Ensure high-quality food services are provided to clients, meeting their expectations and needs.
- Efficiently manage client check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate and lead safety meetings to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Act as a problem-solving resource for camp staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
