Camp Manager
Purpose:
The Camp Manager is the face of Redrock Camps in the field, responsible for ensuring a seamless camp experience for all clients. This role requires a high level of organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational systems to ensure camp efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among staff.
- Provide regular updates to the Redrock Manager and head office, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of camp operations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and services that meet client expectations.
- Coordinate client check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Plan and conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a safe and healthy camp environment.
- Act as a resource and problem-solver for camp staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
