The Wholesale Establishment Manager plays a pivotal role at Beautylink Salon Supplies Ltd., overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wholesale business. Reporting directly to our Senior Management team, this position requires exceptional leadership and strategic thinking.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to lead our sales teams in identifying and capitalizing on market trends. Your expertise will drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and inform product offerings to stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct thorough market research to analyze consumer demand, competitor activity, and sales potential. Develop and implement actionable strategies to optimize our wholesale operations.

Product Sourcing and Pricing

Source high-quality products that meet customer needs and preferences. Implement effective pricing policies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead, motivate, and train our sales teams to achieve exceptional results. Foster open communication, encourage collaboration, and empower employees to make informed decisions.

Operational Planning and Control

Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational efficiency. Ensure seamless supply chain management, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Customer Service and Relations

Maintain excellent relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Possess a college diploma or equivalent experience in a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a senior sales or management role is required.

Language and Work Environment

Fluency in English is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and adaptability.
