We are seeking a seasoned Power BI Developer to join our team at Onico Solutions in Toronto, ON. As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the creation of reports, dashboards, and data models for all levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Reporting and Analytical Solutions using Microsoft and Azure BI Platform
- Provide guidance on report and dashboard design
- Establish best practices for reporting and data model creation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver requirements
- Analyze business needs and produce valuable reports
- Provide training to business users on Microsoft BI tools
- Mentor BI team members in visualization and modelling
- Validate information within reports and dashboards
- 5+ years in business intelligence and solution design
- 3+ years with Microsoft BI tools - Power BI/SSIS/SSAS/SSRS/SQL/ DAX/Data Modelling
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Experience with Python and ML is a bonus
- Prior experience in the Financial sector is an asset
