Job Title: Associate Director, Inside Sales - Bilingual

At Pier 4 Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director, Inside Sales, who is fluent in both French and English. This role will play a crucial part in achieving our ambitious partner acquisition and Assets Under Management (AUM) objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with two Vice-Presidents and the Director of Sales to support their territories and consult with Advisors via phone and virtual meetings.
  • Provide valuable market insight, product overviews, and information to assist Advisors in understanding the value of including Pier 4 REIT in their clients' portfolios.
  • Support the sales team in achieving aggressive growth goals by cold calling, prospecting, booking meetings, and following up on sales activities.
  • Update daily activities and maintain accurate Advisor records within CRM in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of any inbound calls related to trade documents and work with the operations team to ensure proper follow-up with the advisor teams.
  • Support all marketing and sales campaign efforts to promote Pier 4 REIT.
  • Collaborate with VP's to create and implement a sales plan.
  • Initiate phone and digital contact with Advisors and potential partners to expand and identify new relationships within the financial advisor network.
  • Effectively provide ongoing support to Advisors with respect to fund & market trends.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of Pier 4's investment offerings, market trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Build relationships with Advisors through high-quality, pro-active interactions.

This role is based in our Toronto office with some travel across Canada. A Bachelor's degree or certificate in a related field and 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a similar sales capacity are required. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and shift tasks quickly, as well as work independently, are essential. Experience with CRM is also necessary.
