Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Perforce multi-server environments for EA game studios across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Perforce multi-server environments for EA game studios.
  • Troubleshoot Helix Core applications and act as an escalation point for studio teams.
  • Mentor the operations team by assisting in their resolution of support requests.
  • Identify repetitive operational tasks for process improvement and automation.
  • Understand system design and implement systems and services that are secure, scalable, reliable, and performant.
  • Actively participate and contribute within a scrum or kanban agile team.
  • Collaborate with the wider product team to deliver our IT strategy shared goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience delivering and maintaining Linux-based Perforce or equivalent source control/management enterprise services.
  • Strong understanding of source control, configuration management, and application lifecycle management principles.
  • Experience with Commit-Edge-Proxy Perforce (Helix Core) Distributed architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting and providing resolution to difficult, unfamiliar issues.
  • Experience with Perforce SDP & Helix Swarm code review tools.
