We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator/Labourer to join our team at Alpha Better Landscaping. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating skid steer equipment and performing various tasks related to landscaping and construction.

Responsibilities
  • Operate skid steer equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform pre-trip and hazard assessment checks on equipment and job site.
  • Assist with laborer tasks as needed.
  • Conduct work in accordance with OH&S requirements.
  • Observe and note the condition of equipment to ensure standards are met.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a skid steer.
  • Class 5 driver's license with 2 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical dexterity to handle prolonged sitting and operating a skid steer.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to communicate with crew members and foreman.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
