Job Title: Snow Plow Operator

Job Summary:
Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our plowing division for the upcoming snow removal season. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plow equipment, including trucks with v-plows and skid steers. Overnight work is required for this position, and we offer competitive wages, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
- Work in accordance with Bradbosh policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and client experiences
- Be punctual and follow instructions well
- Work as an active team member with a positive attitude

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Working knowledge of common hand and power tools relative to landscape maintenance and snow removal
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
- Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a truck with a plow or skid steer
- Ability to load, unload, and tie down a skid steer on a flat deck trailer
- Experience driving a truck with a trailer and operating in a safe manner
- Previous landscaping, snow removal, and/or maintenance experience is an asset

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods
- Work in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Cold weather, on-call during winter months
- Physically demanding position with significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motions
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull weights of up to 50-100 lbs
