Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that stockroom is clean and organized.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security of all financial transactions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-44 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
