Veterinary Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technologist to join our team at Cats Only Animal Hospital in Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the care and treatment of animals, including physical examinations, patient assessment, and anesthesia monitoring.
- Prepare and assist with surgical procedures, including patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients and their pet parents.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and pet parents to provide exceptional care and service.
- Completion of a Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program.
- Knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
