About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator II to join our team at Family and Children's Services Niagara. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Child Protection Workers, Legal Services, and Family Counselling Centre teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to assigned teams, including mail processing, filing, data entry, minute taking, and other tasks as required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain electronic and manual filing systems, retrieve information, and update databases as needed.
  • Team Building: Develop professional relationships with team members, participate in team meetings, and support the team in achieving departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma in Business (Office Administration) or related field.
  • Experience: One year of recent related experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
