About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Active Pilates Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure effective financial operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and senior management.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and other financial software.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and a team player.
